What information do we collect?
To create an account you provide data including your name, address, email address and/or mobile number, and a password. Desired jobs, Expected salary and current salary.
You can decide what information you put on your profile, such as your education, work experience, skills, photo. Profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.
What do we do with your information?
Email marketing (if applicable): By signing up to Firstemploy, we would send you emails about our promotions, new products and other updates.
We will get in contact with you to provide additional services such as CV review, development, career consultancy which is optional.
We do not send any of your information to third parties directly. However, we may use your profile and activity to recommend jobs to you and you to recruiters.
Your profile can be viewed by employers, course providers and the general public, hence do not include any sensitive information you do not want to make publicly available.
We log data of your usage of the FirstEmploy website usage pattern to help improve your experience.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you use any of our services, such as creating your profile and uploading information on your profile. We keep this information safe and secure on our servers which are protected with SSL.
How do I withdraw my consent?
We provide you choices that allow you to opt-out or control how we use and share your data.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing us at: Firstworldwide Ltd, 38 Shaw Road, Bromley, BR1 5NW. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT
Our payment system is hosted on PayPal. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your payment data is stored through PayPal’s data storage, databases and the general PayPal application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. (e.g employers can collect contact details and application information to present you job opportunities and follow up on applications).
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
We use others to help us provide some services (e.g., maintenance, analysis, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing and development). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
All your information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 – AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If business is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide you services.
SECTION 9 – DISCOVER PAGE INFORMATION
Post which do not stick to the guidance of our editorial policy will be removed after an initial warning to change it. Candidates are required to remove the videos in a 24hr period.
When you share a post on the discover page, this can be viewed publicly. Employers, course providers and other candidates will be able to see your posts.
SECTION 10 – ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If you decide to delete your account, send an email requesting this to email@example.com. We would ensure your account is closed in the next 24hrs.
We delete account details from our server immediately, hence you wouldn’t be able to retrieve back an old account if it has been deleted.
Information uploaded to the discover page will not be deleted, unless requested by the account holder
